If you need to change your delivery address or time slot because you won’t be home, you can usually amend it yourself via the DPD Tracking link you receive once your product has been shipped.
If you experience any issues when attempting to reschedule a delivery, please contact us and we will reach out to DPD directly to arrange a more suitable time slot or location for you.
